I've noticed something I'd to share with everyone who may not be familiar with commenting here on the Social Media Training Network.

When someone makes a comment on your page and you want to respond back to them...don't write the comment back to them on your page. The person who made the comment might not immediately see it.

What you want to do is click on the link below their comment "Comment Back". This will allow you to comment right back to them on their page. Then you both h… Continue

YOU MUST remember it about connecting with people...not collecting people.

Go for quality of relationships...not quantity of relationships.

Spend time getting to know people, not spending hours trying to find hundreds of people to add.
