I am not at this time doing this BUT this past Thursday I attended a seminar that was instructed by a brillant (has several degrees) woman who is doing this and has studied and written books about this subject. Her name is Tonya Zavasta. Her web site is BeautifulOnRaw.com. It was neat to see that her philosophy, and the company I am a part of (which is based on over 1000 years of "research") both tell us that we ARE what we eat and provide us with ways to live in the alkaline world.
