- 15 yrs in health and wellness, 10+ years of which has been with Eniva. Been involved in Real Estate Investing for about 3 years. My main focus is on Health and Wellness and Real Estate.

- Learn how to effectively network thru socail media building a list of people establishing a relationship and inviting them to sign up for my free ezine about health and wellness. I have 15 years of health and wellness knowledge I would love to share with others to help them achieve their health and wellness goals.

About Me
What to say? Well, I'm new to this whole social media stuff and I'm pretty excited about what I'm learning. I love meeting new people and this is just such a really cool way to meet people outside of my immediate circle.
I'm married to a terrific guy, my best friend and we have two great kids. Our daughter just completed her first semester of college and our son is still in high school. I love spending time with my family and when I'm not spending time with them, I'm working on learning as much as I can about my businesses and how to become a better person. I love to read anything that will educate me in business, in personal development, spiritually and socially. I am not much of a TV person, but, I do love to watch movies when I'm ready to take a break. I love to exercise, but I have to be honest, I've not been very diciplined with it lately. So, to get back in shape I commited with a friend to sign up for a triathalon. It's a mini and I'm actually pretty excited about it. It's been several years since I've done one and I have to admit, it's a great way to get back into shape. So off to the gym I'll be going, and often.
I'm always interested in meeting other people and learning about them and from them. So hopefully we can meet online and become friends!
